I had an a nice size room with a large bathroom. Essentials that you need, such as a minibar, satellite television and climate control, were there. The people were very professional, will exceed the expectations.

During our romantic getaway, we were thrilled with the hotel's location that allowed us to easily visit major Shanghai attractions. The complimentary shuttle services to the train station and Disneyland made our transportation hassle-free. We also appreciated the friendly staff who welcomed us with smiles and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delightful with various selections and a special section for the kids.

We were disappointed as our room faced a busy street, causing some noise that disturbed our sleep. the corridors seemed like a maze and we often got lost looking for our room.
